About FPC Preschool
FPC Preschool is the early childhood enrichment program at First Presbyterian Church in High Point. FPC Preschool is a warm, loving place for children 6 months to 4 years old. Our classrooms are large and inviting, with small class sizes, and our teachers love what they do. Children who enter Kindergarten after spending their early years in our preschool have a reputation for being successful in school.
Our preschool program includes a weekly chapel time including a BIble story and songs. Once a month the Creature Teacher visits the 3-year and 4-year classrooms with one of her animals. Also once a month there is a special, directed P.E. class. Each week the 4-year old class goes to our church library, which is well-stocked with children's books, for story time and the opportunity to check out a book.
Our school year is full of special activities: Color Day, Doughnuts for Dad, Muffins for Mom, a visit from the firefighters, holiday parties, family picnic, cookie baking, craft days, a Christmas program, and more.
The registration fee is $40 and monthly tuition is $180. Our program runs from September-May, and meets Tuesday-Friday from 9:00 am - 12:00 noon. Early drop-off at 8:30 am and lunch bunch until 1:00 pm are both available for a nominal fee.
